Get Involved

We are a community, and we only can operate with our community supporting us.  There are many ways to get involved, we would love to have you on-board!

Volunteer

There are many voluntary roles we rely upon, whether you have lived experience, experience through a family member or a friend, or just looking for your next challenge, we would love your help.  Here are some of the voluntary roles within our charity.

Role Details and Time / effort involved
Trustee Attending (sometimes virtually) 4-6 meetings per year as a minimum, plus whatever projects you may want to get involved in.
Knitter / Crochet As much or as little as you wish. We will let you know details of blankets we include in our memory boxes.
Seamstress As much or as little as you wish. We supply material and instructions for simple projects such as drawstring bags.
Packing resources such as memory boxes 1-2 days per year
Peer Supporter Initial training of approx 10 hrs, then approx 8 hrs per month when matched with a person needing support
Fundraiser As much or as little as you wish

We have a schedule of events planned each year, as raising funds is crucial for our charity.  To sign up to any event, just complete the form and we will confirm your place and the next steps.

Challenge Details
Fire walk Firewalk for baby loss @ Wellington Rugby Club on Thursday 7th November 2024. You can register free of charge below in return for fundraising by setting up a just giving page or similar (with a goal of £150-£250), or by purchasing a place via eventbrite.
