Pregnancy After Loss
Experiencing pregnancy after losing a baby is a tough and emotional journey. It's a time filled with both hope and fear. While there's excitement about the new life growing inside, there's also anxiety about the possibility of another loss. Every moment carries the weight of past sadness, making each milestone bittersweet. But amidst the worry, there's also strength—the strength to keep going, to cherish every movement, and to believe in the possibility of a happy ending. It's a journey that requires support, understanding, and a lot of courage.
During Your Pregnancy
Just like the support we offer after a baby dies, our pregnancy after loss support is varied and centred around what is helpful to you. We offer monthly Pregnancy After Loss Sessions, which are carefully crafted topics and activities, combined with tailored support where you share your worries with others walking the same path or ask questions. Details of the Pregnancy After loss Support Sessions are below. You can book onto any of them which interest you.
We can also offer 1:1 support, including holistic therapies like Reiki or Gentle Release Therapy, to help lessen the anxiety and give you a chance to relax. You may also wish to consider 3 Step Rewind, particularly if you experience nightmares, anxiety or worrying thoughts or images related to your birth. This is a gentle technique based on guided meditation. Please reach out to us via the 'Request Support' page on this website.
